A plain-English glossary

What Shopping-Agent Spreadsheet Labels Mean

A single row may mention an agent, a marketplace source, QC photos and a weight estimate. Each label answers a different question.

A quick map of the labels

Read the row from left to right and give each label one job. This keeps a familiar platform name or a neat photo badge from carrying more weight than it should.

LabelWhat it usually tells youWhat to check next
Agent or platformWhich service is expected to open or handle the linkUse the current official domain and terms
Spreadsheet or sheetA list or directory of saved linksCheck when the row and destination were last updated
Taobao, Weidian, Yupoo or 1688Where the source page came fromCompare the item, images, options and seller details
QCPhotos taken after an item reached a warehouseLook for the views and measurements that matter
Weight or shipping estimateA planning number, often before final packingConfirm what is included and check the current service

An agent name is a destination, not a recommendation

Sheets sometimes circulate under more than one agent name, especially after a service changes or a link is reformatted. Before using a row, confirm that the destination belongs to the service you intended to use. A familiar name in a column is not proof that the sheet is official.

“Sheet” and “spreadsheet” mean the same thing here

Both usually describe a list of product links with short notes, images or prices. Some are carefully maintained; others are old copies. The name of the file matters less than whether the rows still open and match their descriptions.

Source labels: where the item page began

Yupoo

Usually a visual catalog. Look for a clear path from the gallery to the actual item or seller page.

Taobao

A marketplace listing. Check the selected size, color, price and seller information on the current page.

Weidian

Another marketplace source. Make sure the title and available options still agree with the spreadsheet row.

1688

Often wholesale-oriented. Pay extra attention to minimum quantity, variants and how the displayed price is calculated.

Photo, link and shipping labels

An “original link” should take you back to the source listing. A converted link may open the same item in another interface, but it still needs to be compared with the original. “QC” tells you where the photos came from; it does not tell you whether the stitching, size or materials are acceptable.

A weight figure may refer to the item alone, the item with its retail box, or a rough estimate. If the row does not say which, write “unknown” beside it. Tracking, refunds, account access and payment problems belong with the current service or payment provider because a spreadsheet cannot see a real order.

Dates and community posts

A recent year in a title is useful only when the links were actually checked. Open the destination and look for the current options, price and photos. Community posts can add context, but check when they were written and whether the writer has a reason to promote a particular service or item.

Unfamiliar names and misspellings

If a platform name looks unfamiliar or is spelled several ways, do not guess which site is intended. Find the official domain independently and compare it with the destination. A near-matching name is a reason to slow down, not a shortcut.

What you will not find on this page

We do not list coupons, invitation codes, private groups or unsupported product claims. Those details do not help you work out whether a spreadsheet row is current and accurate.

Before you save a row

  1. Confirm the destination. Make sure the link opens the service and item you expected.
  2. Compare the source. Check the title, photos and available options against the row.
  3. Read the QC photos. Look for category-specific details, not just a high photo count.
  4. Label unknown numbers. Treat unexplained weight and price figures as estimates.
  5. Check the date yourself. A recent title is not enough if the underlying listing changed.
